Night Fishing Rules

1, Members must be in possession of their WDAA permit with a valid night permit stuck inside the back cover.
2, Members can arrive at the water at 12 noon on the day booked, and must vacate by 12 noon following night fishing. 
3, No alcohol is permitted on any WDAA waters. Anglers caught breaking this rule could face a lifetime ban.
4, No spectators allowed on the water at any time unless they are in possession of a spectators permit.
5, No fish to be retained for more than 30 minutes for recovery reasons.
6 ......No bright lights. Head torches to be used for baiting etc.
7, No open fires on any WDAA waters (smoke tins & Stoves are allowed).
8, Designated night pegs may be moved from time to time.
9, Members must remain in their allocated peg throughout the duration of their stay.

All anglers are expected NOT to leave the venue during unsociable hours except in serious emergency situations.

Newpool.............................................. Night limit of 5 Anglers plus bailiffs/ Duration 24hrs/ No tents 
Newbridge pool.................................. Night limit of 5 Anglers plus bailiffs/ Duration 24hrs/ No tents
Top Flash............................................ Night limit of 6 Anglers plus bailiffs/ Duration 24hrs/ No tents

Tommys Hole.......................................Night limit of 4 Anglers plus bailiffs/ Duration 24hrs/ No tents 

Marton Hole..........................................Night limit of 4 Anglers plus bailiffs/ Duration 24hrs/ No tents 
River Weaver 'Specified lengths only'. .............................................Duration 24hrs(48 where stated) 


No tents. Anglers must pay attention to the match fixtures when planning to night fish the River Weaver and

choose a suitable area away from the match. No night fishing on the Red lion, aerosol and marina lengths.
